ANALYSIS OF BROWNFIELD CLEANUP ALTERNATIVES FOR THE TECH MOBILITY CLUB PROJECT
TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS IN THE CITY OF DETROIT: TAKE NOTICE that the Detroit/Wayne County Port
Authority (DWCPA) is accepting comments and review of the draft Analysis of Brownfield Cleanup
Alternatives (ABCA) for the Tech Mobility Club Project located at 10001 Petoskey Street in Detroit,
Michigan beginning August 5, 2025 through September 5, 2025. An ABCA provides a comparative analysis
of the cleanup alternatives being considered using the criteria of effectiveness, implement-ability and the
cost of each alternative. The analysis also considers current land use restrictions and future land use
considerations. This ABCA recommends the best cleanup alternative and enables the redevelopment the
property which is a direct benefit to the public.
An administrative record has been established by the DWCPA for the Project and is available upon request
from the DWCPA by contacting Mark Schrupp, at 130 East Atwater Street in Detroit, Michigan 48226,
emailing at mschrupp@portdetroit.org, or call (313) 259-5091.

Detroit (property owner) using a subgrant under a Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) awarded to the DWCPA from

for the project. The ABCA provides for the Developer to conduct certain environmental response activities
and conduct site safety and control measures to allow for the renovation and addition to the existing
buildings at the property.
The DWCPA encourages citizen participation and wishes to obtain questions and comments regarding the
proposed ABCA. Questions and/or comments can be submitted via email at mschrupp@portdetroit.org
