The Detroit/Wayne County Port Authority is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Environmental Protection Agency’s Clean Port Program. The Port of Detroit is seeking proposals from qualified telehandler manufacturers or engineering firms to design, build, and deliver two (2) telehandlers to support our operational needs. The Port of Detroit welcomes interested vendors to review the detailed requirements in the attached RFP and submit their proposals to rfp@portdetroit.com no later than October 22, 2025.

The Port of Detroit is seeking proposals from qualified railcar mover manufacturers or marine engineering firms to design, build, and deliver one (1) railcar mover to support our operational needs. The Port of Detroit welcomes interested vendors to review the detailed requirements in the attached RFP and submit their proposals to rfp@portdetroit.com no later than October 17, 2025. NOTE: To ensure bidders have all relevant information and to give them more time to ask questions, we have extended the deadline to October 17th, 2025.
