Environmental Protection Agency’s Clean Port Program – Personal Transport Vehicle

The Detroit/Wayne County Port Authority is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Environmental Protection Agency’s Clean Port Program. The Port of Detroit is seeking proposals from qualified personal transport vehicle manufacturers and engineers to design, build, and deliver one (1) personal transport vehicle to support our operational needs. The Port of Detroit welcomes interested vendors to review the detailed requirements in the attached RFP and submit their proposals to rfp@portdetroit.com no later than February 4, 2026.
