Environmental Protection Agency’s Clean Port Program – Patrol Boat Manufacturing/Engineering
The Detroit/Wayne County Port Authority is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Environmental Protection Agency’s Clean Port Program. The Port of Detroit is seeking proposals from qualified boat manufacturers or marine engineering firms to design, build, and deliver two (2) 25’ Center Console Patrol Boats with electric propulsion and specific mission-ready features. The Port of Detroit welcomes interested vendors to review the detailed requirements in the attached RFP and submit their proposals to mschrupp@portdetroit.com no later than September 12, 2025.
