Feasibility and Economic Development Study Consultant for Maritime Innovation Terminal
The Port Authority seeks Statements of Qualifications (“SOQ”) from qualified consulting firms to conduct a feasibility and economic development study for a Maritime Innovation Terminal (“the Project”). The study will evaluate the market potential, required and optimal infrastructure needs, operational models, and economic impact of developing the a terminal where researchers, engineers, and maritime and logistics businesses can collaborate to test and demonstrate new technologies aimed at improving the efficiency, safety, and environmental performance of maritime operations and logistics systems.
